Commission TOS
I hold the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
All payments are handled through PayPal.
After the commission is started, I only offer partial refunds if you change your mind for any reason.
Wait times vary depending on the piece. Expect at least 1-4 weeks.
All commissions are done via a queue list. I only do one commission at a time and, therefore, will only be working depending on where you are placed on that queue.
All commissions are to be used for personal use unless stated otherwise.
